Our works
Every stage of production runs in our own works in Rani, Rajasthan: blanking, forging, heat treatment, grinding, painting, finishing and packing. Nothing waits on an outside supplier, so quality is checked at each step and large orders keep moving.
Blanking
Steel bar and sheet cut to blanks sized for each head.
Forging
Heated blanks forged to shape, including on our roll forging machines, for dense, continuous grain flow.
Heat treatment
Heads hardened and tempered for a hard working edge on a tough body.
Grinding
Profiles and working edges ground to drawing and sharpened.
Painting
Heads coated in the buyer's colours to resist rust in storage and use.
Finishing and packing
Handles fitted, every piece inspected, then labelled, bundled and packed for dispatch.
